DT Monday with Jearise

Welcome to SVG Attic Design Team Monday. I put together some of the great files from SVG Attic to make this very useful and pretty explosion box.
Untie the string and take the cover off and SURPRISE! a cupcake just for you.

It's and explosion box plus cupcake holder. What a great way to say thank you, congratulations or happy birthday.

Files I used:

Explosion box is the Valentine Explosion Box from the set Yours Truly.
Cupcake insert is from Kiss the Cook which happens to be the newest set from SVG Attic.
Border around the cover's edge came from Erin's Scalloped Trim.
Rose is from the rose gift box from the Be Mine collection.
Tag top came from the set Cookies for Santa and it's the top-frame-top from the Cookie Gift Box.

If you would like to know all the measurements of how I made this, please visit my site: Lorby's World.

Soar to New Heights!
Graduation Card

Hi, Bunny here and I love how this card turned out.  I used SVG Attic's Tent Card Collection, it has several different options for cards! It is so easy and versatile to use and also includes a stand for the bottom of the card so it stands on its own!  It is my GO TO set!
Also used several A Jillian Vance Design Stamps to make that 3-D balloon!

Check out my blog for the full recipe!

DT Day with Sandra

Hi everyone! It's SANDRA here and for today's project I made a bunny face shaped card for my son's Easter basket. I used the bunny from SVG ATTIC'S Easter Elements Set which is currently 50%!! To make this bunny into a shaped card I welded 2 bunny's together using SCAL3 and cut out with my Cameo. I placed pop dots under the bunny and stamped the face with 2 different Peachy Keen Stamps.

DT Tuesday with Tee

Lions and Monkies and Elephants - Oh My!  I am so excited to share with you today all the elements I made for my niece, Merissa's, baby shower.

First, I used the booties from the Baby Boy collection as nut and candy holders - everyone loved them so much they refused to put the nuts and candy in afraid it would get the booties dirty *sigh*

Then I used the mobile from the Baby Boy collection for my centerpieces. Each table (thankfully there were only 4) had a different animal.. I loved telling guest as they came in "Oh, there is room at the elephant table". hehe

And of course, I had to make a cake to tie everything together.. Don't you just love the Baby Boy collection????

Good Monday morning.

Today I used the newest set from SVG Attic entitled Kiss the Cook. This is a such a fun and useful set.

I had fun making this retro oven from the set. If you're as old as me, you'll remember olive green, burnt red and orange appliances.

I added a special treat too.
This oven isn't just cute it's functional as a cupcake holder.

Look at all the cute things you can make with the set Kiss the Cook.

Thanks for joining me today and head on over to Lorby's World to see additional pictures of my project from the newest set from SVG Attic.

DT Day with Sandra

Hi everyone it's Sandra here and it's my day to post on the SVG Attic Blog , hope you are having a great St. Patty's Day so far! For today's project I made an Easter Bunny Treat Box holding Whopper Egg candies for my son's Easter basket. I LOVE the way this box is shaped, while I was assembling it a thought came to my mind...... this box would also be perfect to hold cards and envelopes and/or 4x6 photos! This box measures 4x6 inches and I stamped the sentiment and also added a little cotton tail using a Christmas pom pom from Joann's. I cut this box out using my SCAL 3 along with my Cameo.

The set I used here is called EASTER FUN and comes with a bunch of cute 3D Easter items!

Baby Congrats Card

Happy Friday everyone!!  Nicole here, and I want to share with you a card I made for our elementary school principal and his wife because they are having a child soon.  I used the Baby Girl Set and cut the onesies out in different colored papers.  The grass border is from the Easter Elements set and the clouds are from the Go Green set.  I hand cut my clothesline poles and tied some twine on.  The tiny clothespins I found at my local grocery store in their craft aisle, aren't they adorable!  I made this a 5x7 card so I could fit all of these fun cuts on the front without too much crowding.  The sentiment is from ShabbyChicStampCo's "greeting set".

inside of card - added another onesie here too:-)
Don't forget that the St. Patrick's day sets are 50% off until March 17th.  Make sure to check out the current freebie file - it can also be purchased at a 25% discounted rate if you would prefer.

DT Tuesday with Tee - Peep Show

I am here to show off how the cute rose box from the Be Mine collection. It is the perfect size to hold 4 cute little peeps. The only modification I made to the file was to add a 'window' to the front of the box and cover it with a piece of plastic. This came together in about 15 mins - - eeekkk, isn't it adorable?

Thanks for stopping by to see my "Peep Show" - see you again soon. ~~Tee

Good Monday morning.

Were you able to visit SVG Attic's Design Team's blog hop on Friday? If not, you can still check out all the great ideas that were created using the new set "Welcome Spring."

I mentioned on my bog on Friday that I would surprise my followers and friends by using the FLOWER CARD  from the "Welcome Spring" set in a totally different way today then I did during the blog hop and here is it. I went from a card for a friend to a wedding card.

The hearts came from the "Valentine Element"  set.

For all the details on how I made this card and to see my card again from the blog hop, please go to Lorby's World.

DT Tuesday with Tee - Pot o Gold.

Happy Tuesday to you - Today I want to share with you a Pot o Gold I made using the Go Green kit. I wanted a 3D pot of gold so I cut out the file twice at 5 1/2" then cut a strip of paper that measured 10x3. I first scored the long side at a 1/2 inch on each side then turned and scored at 2 1/2 and 7 1/2. I then glued this to the inside of the cut outs making a 3D object.

See you next time

DT Monday with Jearise

Good Monday morning,

This week's project is a gift card holder which was made for a very special little princesses' birthday party.

The gift card holder came from the set Be Mine.
The crown came from the set Baby Girl.

I have to say that these two sets have become two of my favorites. I love the gift card holder plus the boxes and rose in the Be Mine set and the princess crown in the Baby Girl set just isn't just for a new baby girl as you can see. There's a very cute star in the Baby Girl set that also comes in handy when you have children.

Have you seen the newest set from SVG Attic yet? The set is Welcome Spring and it's a must have set.
Thanks for stopping by today and hope you have a wonderful rest of the week.

Card made using Celtic Knots Svg Set

Happy Friday everybody!! Nicole here and I hope this week has treated you all well.  I want to share with you a card I made using SVG Attic's "Celtic Knots" set.   I found this beautiful Irish poem online.  I actually remember singing it as a song for my high school graduation.  Pretty impressive memory, huh?:-)  I used my cuttlebug and the moroccon screen and swiss dots embossing folders and embellished with some gold "dew drops" I had in my stash.  I don't know how well the picture shows it but the gold paper is metallic and has a nice sheen to it.

This card would make a great graduation card or even a farewell card.  I think these beautiful celtic designs could be used for so many different occasions - weddings, friendship, St. Patrick's day and possibly a sympathy card.

I love how easy the SVG Attic files are to work with.  They are very easy to size accurately and come with a great pdf sheet to help you successfully put them together.  This week the freebie set is so beautiful you are going to want this one for sure!!
