Spring brings Mother's Day!

Hello SVG Attic Fans! I-Team member Sonja here with a Mother's day/spring project. Mother's day is a day I rarely remember! I know, bad. I am usually way more excited to celebrate other holiday's that are aimed at other people though!

I decided to make a happy little Mother's day gift, using Gaby's Garden and JGW Blooming Card Kit files.

I love Gaby's Garden because of the little shovel, the flowers/pot, and the hat that is in the file.
Since I already did the hat for an Easter project though, I decided to switch it out for this great card.
I like the that tools are able to be removed from this card. I just like to have some movement with my cards so this satisfied that need!
A little tip. Knowing that I wanted to arrange these to stand up in a bunch, I took a dozen q-tips, painted them green with my eBrush and the centers whatever color I wanted for my flower and arranged them that way instead of using paper.

Easter Bonnet with Beth

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with you today, and  I am sharing a fun Spring hat that I created.
I started by making the hat from Gaby's Garden.   Then around the brim, I added rose leaves from JGW Motherly Moments and swirls from SDS Flourished Spring.  I added roses in two different sizes from the Be Mine set on both sides of the hat.
Here is a view of the beautiful bow, which is part of the Gaby's Garden set.
On the right side, I added a butterfly, which was cut from the Welcome Spring set.
The small dark coral flowers are from the JGW Tiki Luau kit and made the perfect finishing touch for the hat!  All the papers I used on this hat are from DCWV'S Dear Jane stack.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Mom's Garden Gift

Happy Monday!  Tanya with Crafting on Caffeine and today is my day to share some inspiration with you. With Mother's day the next holiday coming up I thought I would put together this gift idea.  I love this kit.  I used the terra-cotta pot and garden shovel from SVG Attic's JGW Gaby's Garden

I just love how well designed the pot is! It really looks like it's a real pot!

I had a bit of a time finding the "perfect" paper for the seed packets. So I thought, why don't I just make my own. So I used Jaded Blossom Stamps that match the seeds and created away. Love how it turned out!

Here is the rest of what I used to put this gift together:

Thanks for stopping by, and Happy Crafting!

Spring is in the Air ~ with Cyndy G.

I just love this time of year!  If it weren't for the pollen I would be outside all the time.  Today I decided to make a gardening set.  I used elements from JGW Gaby's Garden.  Such a cute set!

Paper Garden hat, spade and pot in garden

Of course with Spring here, we all know Summer is right around the corner.  With that comes bathing suit season, ugh!  So I thought instead of candy I would put little seed packets in the pot.  Wouldn't this make a nice gift for someone you know who likes to garden.

I used paper from Graphic 45, Time to Flourish.  This paper is so pretty and has some lovely spring colors.

I hope you have enjoyed my project today and it has given you some new ideas to try.  Happy spring.

Do what inspires you,
Cyndy G.
