Spring is in the Air ~ with Cyndy G.

I just love this time of year!  If it weren't for the pollen I would be outside all the time.  Today I decided to make a gardening set.  I used elements from JGW Gaby's Garden.  Such a cute set!

Paper Garden hat, spade and pot in garden

Of course with Spring here, we all know Summer is right around the corner.  With that comes bathing suit season, ugh!  So I thought instead of candy I would put little seed packets in the pot.  Wouldn't this make a nice gift for someone you know who likes to garden.

I used paper from Graphic 45, Time to Flourish.  This paper is so pretty and has some lovely spring colors.

I hope you have enjoyed my project today and it has given you some new ideas to try.  Happy spring.

Do what inspires you,
Cyndy G.

Pinky Pretty Purse ~ with Angeline Choo

Happy Monday!
It's Angeline from ScrappyScrappy here to share with you some pinky cuteness for the start of April :)

I made this cute pinky pretty purse from the "Pretty Purses" kit and chose this purse with the pocket on the front.

The pocket on the front is not just decorative but useful to put a tag, birthday card or more. Here, I made a simple tag with washi tapes and a stamped sentiment from Unity. I also added some liquid pearls to the purse using some Viva Decor Paper Pen.

I've also added a glitter button to the flower and curled up some of the petals (and added foam adhesive) for that extra dimension.

In this kit, you can make 3 other different purses. So have fun! :)

Have a wonderful week ahead.

Introducing I-Team Member Lisa Mensing

Hi everyone! My name is Lisa Mensing. I’m so excited to be joining the SVG Attic Inspiration Team, what an honor! I’m looking forward to working with these great files and sharing them with you here. You can also find me at The Crafting Cave, my personal blog. I would love for you to stop by and say hi sometime.
I was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I married a soldier and an amazing man. He is very supportive of everything I do. We retired in 2009, yes, I say we. Army wife is one tough, lonely job. We don’t have kids but I do have a niece, Brittany, who likes to think she is ours. Love that girl!
I work in my parent's business. I’m so lucky because I get to see my Dad nearly every day and my Mom most days. I also get to go to work, do what has to be done, and come home. It truly is an amazing job and it offers me a lot of free time for crafting and taking care of my home. I am one blessed girl.
When people say what is your crafting style, I say.....Seriously, I don’t have a style. I just go with whatever strikes my fancy, you know, in the moment kind of girl. When it comes to cards I like CAS over everything else but that doesn’t stop me from using those embellishments!
If I have to pick a favorite project up to now.... it will be this Top Hat I made using the Mourner’s Hat from Raven Quest Collection .
I had so much fun making this hat into a Spring/Easter Hat.
(click the link above)

I can take this hat from Spring to Easter and back to Spring just by removing the little chocolate bunny! I attached him to a wood dowel so that I could remove him without damaging anything.

Hope you have an amazing day!

Introducing I-Team Member Tanya Hahn

Hello everyone!  My name is Tanya Hahn. I am so excited to have been asked to be a part of the SVG Attic design team.  I have been actively crafting for the last 4 years.  I am excited to create with the files from SVG Attic.  My personal blog is Crafting on Caffeine, if you aren't familiar with my blog yet please stop by and check it out.

I am a wife, mom, and Massage Therapist, in that order.  My hubby of 20 years is great about understanding my love for crafting.  In fact he helped me turn our spare bedroom into my craft room about a year ago. I am a mom of an 18 yr old and an almost 15 yr old both keep me going and love seeing what I'm crafting next.  I own my own business as a Massage Therapist and Love my career!

I live in South Dakota but have lived in many places since I'm a Navy brat.
I love to scrapbook but recently have been more in love with making treats and 3-D projects. I don't know if I have a particular style I just made what I like at the moment.

I have been on 2 Design Teams and now with SVG Attic I am currently on 2.  I hope that you take some inspiration from me and can't wait to see what you come up with.

For this post I have made an Easter Hat to show you.

Introducing I-Team Member ~ Angeline Choo

Hello everybody!
I'm Angeline Choo from ScrappyScrappy and I am more then delighted to announce that I am staying for another term on SVG Attic's I-team. *YAY*!

I must say that I have grown very fond of my team and enjoy designing here.
Thank you Mike & Kenzie for having giving me the opportunity again.

A little about myself..

I am an IT-geek by day and a crafter by night (or whenever possible!)

I started crafting just a few years ago - where I wanted to do a mini album for my wedding (I totally had no clue AT ALL about scrappy stuff) and spent hours after hours on Youtube learning how to do so.... and so, my crafting journey began.

Here are a few of my past favorite projects I have made

Have a lovely wonderful Easter week! :)
