St. Patrick's Day Gift Box

St.Patrick's day is one of those over looked holidays but I think its a great time to show a little love to those special people in your life.

Tracy from the Idea Closet and for today's project at SVG Attic I made a little treat box using a valentine file,  Heart Ribbon Tied Candy Box, in combination with one of the St. Patrick's Ornaments, Kiss Me.

I resized both files to get a perfect fit. Then cut out the heart box with some pretty green cardstock.

I love all of the Ornaments...I think I have bought every set.
It make the perfect little tag.

Fill the box with some green kisses and tie it all closed with twine.

All the files can be found at Snap Dragon Snippets, SVG Attics, sister site.
You still have time to make some little gifts to share this week.

Last Minute Gifts with Lisa

Hi, and welcome, everyone. Lisa from The Relativity of Paper wishing you a Very Merry Christmas.
Here we are two days before Christmas, and without fail, the last minute gift happens. Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. You get a call from a relative and so-so is bringing their better half to your house, Christmas Eve. Do you say "Oh, Well, better luck next year" or fight the crowds to find a quick gift? Personally, I run for the stash of gift cards I keep, grab one, break out the Silhouette Cameo and make one of these adorable, easy gift card holders from the JGW Ho Ho Holiday Collection at SVG Attic. Seriously, they think you put a lot of effort into it. They leave the house saying "Oh my gosh, that was so sweet of her to give me a gift card and she made the holder!" And I secretly high-five myself for being crafty and pulling off another last minute gift.

The "present" gift card holder can be used for Birthdays, Weddings, New Baby, and so much more.

You can always change the papers and use the candy gift card holder for boys or girls birthdays.

I always say use your SVG files for any and everything!

I used 12 x 12 paper in white and kraft along with patterned paper from DCWV Merry Memories Stack.

Spooky Treats with Lisa

Hi and welcome, everyone! Lisa from The Relativity of Paper sharing an excellent way to use
Tent Cards and the What's Brewin' SVG Collection to create treat bags.

Treat Bags using Tent Cards and Halloween SVG Cut files.

To get us started, I used a tent card from the Tent Card SVG Collection. I love using these cards because you have enough room to add fun elements including a bag of goodies. I added some candy corn to a project life pouch and stapled it in place. You can use a regular cellophane bag with this, too. I can't wait to make these for Christmas

Then I added fun elements from the What's Brewin SVG Collection. I used the haunted house, fence, spider web, and the caption, Spooky to decorate the front of the card.

I have a fun tip using these same files to create stickers for your planner. I use a planner and have to say I love decorating the pages. When I work on cards and other paper projects I always have someone else in mind but my planner is all ME! It's whatever I feel like that day. Sometimes it's silly & kooky other times sophisticated and elegant.
Happy Planner Weekly Layout 10/10-1016

The haunted house, fence, tree, cauldron, spider webs, and spider are all from the What's Brewin Collection. I just sized them down to fit my planner, cut them out with my Silhouette, and ran them through my Xyron Sticker Maker. This layout might be one of my favorite weeks so far.

You can find all the details on my blog, The Relativity of Paper.

As always, thanks for joining us!
