DT Monday with Jearise

Good Monday morning! Today I decided to use the new set "Down on the Farm" to make an adorable birthday card. I had such a fun time making this. I really love this set. Maybe it's because I grew up on a farm or because the animals in this set are so darn cute or both.

This birthday card has a surprise...the barn doors open to reveal a cute mooing cow.
The card opens up to wish the person receiving it a happy birthday.
Please visit Lorby's World to find out how I made this card and don't forget to visit SVG Attic and check out their latest release "Nesty Boxes."

DT Friday with Monica

Happy Friday!!! everyone and for my DT project today.  I created some gift boxes from the Fall Harvest Collection
This is my take:

I made the basket into a gift basket for a friend.  I added some glimmer mist bottles and distress ink, but the box also has another bottle in it as well.  This box is perfect to make into a perfume bottle holder as well.  The possibilities are endless.

I added a bow - stamped image so simple..... to do.

DT Wednesday with Jearise

Hi this Jearise from Lorby's World and today I decided the Mad Hatter could do a little uptown Paris look so I brought out some of my favorite fancy paper and set to work. I love the bright flowers on the side of the hat.

I used the hat from the Mad Tea Party and the flowers came from the new 3D Spring Flowers set to make my fancy Mad Hatter hat.

Thanks for stopping by today and I look forward to next time.

DT Tuesday with Tee - Fence Tray

Hi Everyone, It's me Tee. I am here to share with you one of my favorite project so far.

I began by resizing the fence from the Spring Fling collection by making it taller. This cute little bird is from Birds and Bees collection and the flowers are from Spring Captions.

Isn't it just adorable, if I do say so myself.. :)

Design Team Friday with Nicole

Happy Friday everybody, Nicole here:-)  I hope your week has been a good one.  I wanted to share with you a project I made for my youngest daughter's teacher for teacher appreciation week.   I am so proud of myself for working ahead and getting this done early cuz usually I am scrambling at the last minute, yikes!  I used the fall favor box set to make the apple basket and apples.  I filled the apples with dove dark chocolates (I made sure to taste test them first:-)  The card was made with the back to school set.  I created a shadow of the school house  using scal 3 and welded two of them together to create my card base.  I then cut another shadow out and glued it ontop of the card base.  The sentiment is from Shabby Chic Stamps.

Don't forget to check out the newest SVG Attic release "down on the farm".  You can get it for free with a $9.98 or more purchase using the code FREE.

DT Wednesday with Jearise

Today I made a cute little note card holder with thank you cards for the children's teachers. Teacher appreciation week is coming up May 7th so I want to get a jump on some special gifts for the teachers and staff.

I used the picket fence basket from the Spring Fling set.
The flower is from the new flower set called 3D Spring Flowers.
The decorative trim in the middle of the card comes from Erin's Scalloped Trims.

Please check out my site: Lorby's World to learn all the details of how I made this adorable set and thank you for stopping by today.

Be sure to check out the website today! We released a new set, Down on the Farm!

DT Tuesday with Tee - Carnation Card

I am so excited when I saw the 3D Spring Flower kit released last week. I love flowers and this set is just beautiful.

I cut the carnation out of a cream paper, inked the edges with hot pink then sprayed with tattered angels. I crumpled the petals into a ball and let them "almost" dry then gently opened them and covered in diamond stickles.

DT day with Jessica!!!

Hello everyone! Jessica here! I don't normally get the time to do a project for my own company, but I was able to squeeze one in today.

This past weekend was my birthday! I went out to lunch with my Mom on Saturday and we went shopping at Hobby Lobby. I am so in LOVE with that store and so happy one is finally near me! They often have sales on a lot of thier stuff. I really scored this week. I purchased two metal crosses for my cross collage wall in the Family Room!

I also scored this awesome metal bird cage decoration. It was 50% off and went so well with my new craft studio! I decided to add some paper for the background, I used the Preppy Princess stack from DCWV. I added a few shabby roses to the bottom using hot glue and added some crochet ribbon from Paper Issues and Hobby Lobby.

I cut out two cute birdies from the Welcome Spring SVG collection and the branch they are sitting on is from the Give A Hoot colleciton! I embossed the birds using a cuttlebug folder and inked the edges using colorsnap brown ink.

Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to check out our newest set this week 3D Spring Flowers. Get this set free with any $9.98 or more purchase using coupon code FREE at checkout!

DT Monica - Light It Up

TGIF!! It is defnitely a beautiful Friday here in Sunny Florida. For my project I used the latest and greatest set Jeissca created "Sping Fling".  I absolutely love this set.  I made the hot air balloon., but this is no ordinary balloon..     it actually is a night light.

Light It Up: DT Monica Edwards: Cut File: SVG Attic; Patterned Paper: Best Creations; Cardstock: Creative Memories; Other Supplies: Brads

The carriage was made using a pendaflex file folder so  the battery powered tea light would shine through.  I punched a hole in the bottom so you can get to the switch with ease and used brads to pin one side you can slide the tea light in and out for charging.

The stand it sits on holds a round shaped mini album for an extra treat.

DT Tuesday with Tee - Tent Card

Hi All, Tee here for another design team project....I used the Tent Card kit to make a picture frame for my husband's desk using a picture of his Grandma that I noticed he had keep at his desk since his Grandma passed in January. I can't wait to see how long it takes for him to notice I framed the picture.

Spring Home Decor Project

Happy Friday everyone!!  Nicole here with a spring home decor project for you using the SVG Attic Spring Captions set.  I picked up a picture frame at a second hand store for less than $1.  I used some white acrylic paint to "pretty" it up.  I decided not to use the glass that came with the frame for this project.  The butterfly and the grass are from the Easter Elements set.  The cute little ladybugs are stickers from Recollections.  I love the titles in the Spring Captions set.  The flowers and "Welcome Spring" are from that set.  I think a lot of the titles in this set would make great scrapbook page titles:-)  Thanks for stopping by today, hope you have a great weekend!!

DT Wednesday with Tee

Easter Egg Holder or is it a Stickles Holder?

When I first saw this Easter Egg holder from SVGAttic I knew right away what I wanted to do with it and it had NOTHING to do with Easter or Eggs.... STICKLES Holder - YAY....

The original file is 8" which was a little big for what I wanted so I resized it to 7.37 and it was perfect.

I just need 4 or 5 more to hold my collection. :)
