Uncle Sam

Good Morning! Tanya from Crafting on Caffeine here.  I just had to create Uncle Sam for you.  Uncle Sam is from JGW July 4th Block Party. 

I use pop dots to pop the hat brim, the eyes, and give added dimension to the star. 

I used Trendy Twine's Peppermint Icicle. I love the softness of the blue

I used Doodlebug's Yankee Doodle Paper for this.
