The first card was created as an invitation for my son's First Communion. Actually I made 10 of these cards! It was so worth it though. They were elegant and everyone loved them.
I embossed the cup and the base of the chalice and used foam tape under different pieces for added dimension. I added Krazy for Kraft and Chocolate Truffle Trendy Twines along the left side. The patterned papers I used were open stock papers from Hobby Lobby. LOVE their religious selection of papers!
On to card #2. This one could be used for many religious occasions. I used the same die cuts as in the first card, but I also added the Flourished Cross in the background.
I added Chocolate Truffle twine around the base and added a small stamped tag. I used brown chalk ink around the edges of the die cuts. The layers were once again popped up with foam tape. The patterned papers are from Hobby Lobby.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!
